KHMJ CEO Lucas B.B. was featured in the book, Tokyo Dining. The book takes a peak into the food creations and kitchens of people who were working in the creative or culture industry in Tokyo. Both the kitchen and the garden of the Knee High house a.k.a Green Studio Tokyo were featured- even some of Lucas’ original salsa and avocado dip!
