Book Club: Chalo India
The Papersky Book Club, led by our gracious and charismatic captain Hiroshi Eguchi (of Utrecht) met to discuss Tokyo Spice Bancho’s new book Chalo India. The four guys came over and helped lead a discussion about their culinary adventures through India while kindly providing our book club members with some memorable Lamb curry.
